- 30-Day Orientation: We offer customized workshops, materials, and training recommendations to enhance your profile, taking into account your previous work experiences. These resources are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively navigate the Canadian job market.
- Strategic Job Placement Plan: We develop a personalized step-by-step plan for your professional and educational goals, considering your previous experiences in the workforce. This plan outlines specific actions to help you secure employment in Canada, leveraging your skills and acquired knowledge.
- Support and Job Searches: Our support includes personalized job searches and resume optimization, highlighting your relevant previous work experiences for the Canadian market. We assist you in preparing up to 10 job applications per week and actively search for job opportunities that align with your profile and professional goals.
- Interview Preparation: We offer comprehensive interview preparation, including role play practice, detailed evaluation, and feedback tailored to your previous experiences. Additionally, we offer on-demand interviews. This means that as soon as a company schedules an interview with you, you inform us, and we schedule a practice interview to help you gain confidence and reinforce specific points before the actual interview with the employer. This practice contributes to improving your interview skills, boosting your confidence, and maximizing your chances of success in the job search process in Canada.
- Networking Opportunities: We facilitate connections with relevant professionals in your field to expand your network and increase your job opportunities, leveraging your previous experiences and skills. Networking is a valuable tool in the job search process and can open doors to new opportunities.
- Active Follow-up: Throughout the 30-day orientation period, we provide active follow-up and support, taking into account your previous experiences and adjusting our approach as needed. This includes multiple sessions and activities designed to boost your job search efforts and maximize your chances of securing employment in Canada.

Terms and Conditions
- Service Offered: The service "Coaching for Job Seekers: Unlocking Job Opportunities in Canada" provides guidance, support, and resources to assist clients in finding employment in the Canadian job market.
- Price: The price of the service is $250 CAD.
- Payment Terms: Payment is made prior to scheduling the first session. The service will be scheduled once payment has been successfully processed.
- Cancellation Policy: After purchasing this service, the consultation fee is non-refundable. However, clients have the following options:
- Rescheduling the appointment.
- Credit note for future services.
- If the appointment is missed, clients have the option to reschedule. Please contact info@firsttac.ca to request credit or reschedule your appointment.
- Data Protection: All information provided by the client will be treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon service and will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the client, except when necessary to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Profile Assessment: A comprehensive assessment of the client's profile will be conducted, including their technical skills, strengths, and areas for improvement, based on their previous experiences. This assessment provides a clear understanding of their professional profile and helps tailor guidance to their specific needs.
- 30-Day Guidance: Over a 30-day period, workshops, materials, and personalized training recommendations will be offered to enhance the client's profile and increase their employment opportunities in Canada.
- Personalized Job Placement Strategic Plan: A customized step-by-step plan will be developed to assist the client in achieving their professional and educational goals in the Canadian job market.
- Job Search Support: Support in job searching will be provided, including resume optimization and preparation of up to 10 job applications per week, as well as actively seeking job opportunities that match the client's profile and objectives.
- Interview Preparation: Comprehensive interview preparation will be offered, including role-playing, detailed assessments and feedback, as well as the opportunity to conduct practice interviews on demand.
- Networking Opportunities: Connections with relevant professionals in the client's field will be facilitated to expand their network and increase their job opportunities in Canada.
- Active Follow-Up: Active follow-up and support will be provided over a 30-day period to maximize the client's chances of success in job searching in Canada.
